Q1: How much the shipping charge?
Sabah & Sarawak RM15.
This charge applies to one item only.
- Courier Service for west Malaysia : Skynet & Pos Laju
- Courier Service for Sabah Sarawak : Pos Laju
Q2 : How long the parcel could reach me?
We usually ship within 1-2 working days after confirmation of payment. Tracking number will be emailed and/or SMS to you once your parcel is ready to ship. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appear in Poslaju’s tracking system.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE AND BRUNEI)
Q1: Do you provide worldwide shipping?
At the moment, we only provide shipping to Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. For Singapore and Brunei customer, the delivery cost will be calculated after check out. We use Citylink for international shipping.
2) Return and Exchange Policy
Q1: Can I return if the item do not fit on me?
Returns will be accepted if :
1) The item is in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition.
2) Must be return back within 3 days from arrival of package.
3) Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until the item reaches to us.
4) The item can be exchanged to another size, subject to our stock availability with same purchased value.
5) The item is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable if it is not our faulty in terms of defect.
6) The item can only be returned because of the wrong size or wrong item received.
